Often, a business may use one piece of software to run the operational side of it's business.  For example, a manufacturer may have a stand alone MRP/ERP system; a franchise owner may be running operational software provided by the franchise.

This often results in significant inefficiencies and an increased risk of data entry errors.  One of my specialties is in creating a "Software Bridge".

A Software Bridge is a custom designed application which allows data extracted from one system to be brought in to QuickBooks with minimal keystrokes.  These services often pay for themselves quickly in terms of man-hours saved, and free up an individual to do other tasks they either "just don't have time to get to" or new, more value-added, tasks.
