This would include a full description of your issue and steps, if any, you are taking in an attempt to accomplish a task. If you are able to take a screen capture to provide a visualization of the issue, you may attach it to your request.
Also include the version (including year) of QuickBooks you are using (e.g., 2009 Pro, 2010 Manufacturing & Wholesale).
Upon receipt of your request, I will evaluate your issue and respond to you with my preliminary analysis. This will include payment information in accordance with the following schedule, based upon my judgment, which will need to be paid in advance of my providing the service.
Service Levels:
Basic request - $25
Advanced request - $40
Phone consultation -a minimum charge of $70 for the first half-hour and $30 for each additional quarter-hour
Remote access - a minimum charge of $70 for the first half-hour and $30 for each additional quarter-hour
If it is determined during the response that a higher level of service is required, you will have the option of upgrading to a higher level of service for the difference in fee or receive a refund.
